Privacy policy

Last updated: 27 June 2026

This policy explains how Hypervalent (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit hypervalent.io or contact us. We aim to collect as little as possible and to be clear about what we do with it.

What we collect

  • Information you give us. When you submit the contact or demo form, we receive your name, email address, company (optional), and message.
  • Usage data. If you accept analytics cookies, we collect aggregate, pseudonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used. Analytics are off by default until you consent.
  • Necessary cookies. We store your cookie-consent choice so we don’t ask again. See the cookie policy for the full list.

How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, follow up about Hypervalent Studio.
  • To measure and improve the site (only with your consent).
  • To meet our legal and security obligations.

Legal basis

We process contact-form data on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in responding. Analytics are processed only on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site (for example, our hosting provider and analytics provider), under appropriate data-processing terms.

Retention

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our records, then delete them. Analytics data follows the retention period configured in GA4.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@hypervalent.io.
